Product status
DSC has published a discontinuation notice for HSM3WIFI — verify replacement programming options (hardwired IP, dealer tools) for new Pro installs.

Troubleshooting
If adapter is not recognized
- Confirm panel model is HS3032, HS3128, or HS3248 only.
- Confirm USB seating and panel power stability.
- Reboot panel only if required by site procedure.
If Wi-Fi programming app cannot connect
- Verify HSM3WIFI LED/state per quick start (if applicable).
- Disable mobile data — some phones route away from panel Wi-Fi.
- Move installer device within 3 m of panel during initial pairing.
If trouble persists after removal
- Recheck USB port for debris or bent pins.
- Refresh keypad trouble display
