HS65WPSNA-family adapters provide external power conversion for PowerSeries Pro installations.

Electrical role
- Supplies 18 VDC to the PowerSeries Pro alarm controller via DC+ / DC− terminals.
- Required for HS3032 / HS3128 / HS3248 when not using an alternate listed power configuration.

When mounted outside the panel enclosure, use Class 2 wiring to the DC input. Ground the adapter earth terminal per the install diagram ( ties to panel ground screw ).

Troubleshooting
Wiring and mounting checks
- Secure DC+/DC− terminations — loose screws cause intermittent AUX trouble.
- Route Class 2 wiring separately from AC mains and bell circuits.
- Confirm panel-side voltage ≥ manual minimum with all keypads powered.
Load troubleshooting
- Add modules one at a time — if trouble appears after specific module, that device exceeds budget.
- HS3032/3128/3248 share Corbus/AUX budget — reserve 100 mA for Corbus before accessories.
Class 2 external mount
When adapter is outside panel enclosure, use Class 2 wiring and follow AHJ inspection rules.
