Error Codes

Panel troubles tied to adapter power

Panel troubleLikely causeAction
AC Failure / No ACMains to adapter openVerify outlet, cord, breaker
Low Battery / Battery TroubleBattery not chargingTest 18 VDC at panel; replace battery if aged
AUX Power TroubleCorbus load exceeds budgetSum keypad/module mA; add HSM2300 if needed
Panel reset / reboot loopsUndervoltage under loadMeasure DC at panel under full Corbus load
Ground fault (where shown)DC− wiring faultInspect Class 2 run for shorts

Measurement points

  1. AC input to adapter — listed voltage range
  2. 18 VDC at panel DC+/DC− — under load with all modules connected
  3. Battery terminals — charge voltage after 24 h restore

Fast checklist

  1. Verify incoming AC to adapter.
  2. Verify 18 VDC output polarity at panel.
  3. Verify earth ground tie per install diagram.
  4. Complete Battery Calculation Chart before adding modules.
