Module and keypad capacity
| Expansion type | HS2016 | HS2032 | HS2064 | HS2128 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HSM2108 hardwired zone expanders | 1 | 3 | 7 | 15 |
| HSM2208 PGM expanders | 2 | 4 | 8 | 16 |

Compatibility note
- PowerSeries Neo is not compatible with legacy PowerSeries modules such as PK5500 and RF5132.
- If those parts are present on an existing account, plan for replacement with Neo-compatible keypads and receivers before migration.
Installation Notes
Programming flow shortcuts
Use these sections frequently during bring-up and service:
- [902] Module enrollment
- [903] Module confirmation / supervision review
- [804] Wireless enrollment and related setup
- [901] Service path tests as required
- [904] Communication verification and reporting checks
Build sequence (recommended)
- Mount panel and route branch wiring with expected future expansion in mind.
- Land Corbus and keypads first, then add hardwired and PGM expansion.
- Power with minimum load and confirm keypad response.
- Enroll modules and verify supervision before adding wireless devices.
- Complete communicator and reporting tests.
- Run full zone walk and final battery/AC trouble checks.
Expansion planning
- Respect model-specific limits for HSM2108 and HSM2208 modules.
- Stay within the 700 mA Corbus AUX budget when combining keypads, wireless interfaces, and expanders.
- Reserve addressing and enclosure space for future modules in commercial builds.
Migration warning
If replacing an older PowerSeries panel, confirm that all retained peripherals are Neo-compatible. Do not reuse PK5500 or RF5132 hardware.
