FAQs

Which Neo panel should I choose?

Start with zone and partition requirements:

  • HS2016: up to 16 zones, 2 partitions
  • HS2032: up to 32 zones, 4 partitions
  • HS2064: up to 64 zones, 8 partitions
  • HS2128: up to 128 zones, 8 partitions

Can I mix hardwired and wireless zones?

Yes. You can use 8 on-board hardwired zones plus supported expansion and wireless zones up to model limits.

Why am I getting intermittent module trouble?

Check Corbus load and voltage at the remote module. Low voltage conditions are common on long runs, especially at HSM2108 or HSM2300 locations.

Do old PowerSeries keypads work on Neo?

No. PK5500 and RF5132 are not compatible with Neo.
